Anita Bohrer received her Bachelor of Fine Arts
Degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver graduating Cum
Laude in 1994. Anita has lived most of her life in the Denver Metro
area. She began studying Henna in 1999 and has been adorning willing
bodies ever since.
Anita was selected in 2006 to participate in the
packaging redesign of Yogi Tea.
Her Henna Artwork can now be seen on boxes of Yogi
Tea, on Product
Displays, in Advertising,
and at www.yogitea.com.
Anita has developed a number of successful Educational
Programs focusing on Henna. These programs have been featured at
venues such as the Denver Botanic Gardens and are included in Summer
Library Programs four counties wide. Her work is also featured in
Shawn Herberts 2007 Documentary "The
Art of Mehndi".
Anita has been chosen to Henna for many notable
events including the Bill Gate's Global Partners Conference, Echostar
Holiday Events, and the Crown Family 4th of July Celebration.
Anita specializes in Bridal Henna and is available
for private appointments,
parties and special events. Rates are available upon request.
